I'm pretty sure there's not a barrier on your penis preventing you from pouring different types of vinegars on yourself.

If this is a serious question, please explain why you want to do that. I suspect you may be listening to some urban myth or misinformation. (Have seen a lot of that here!) If you tell us what you want to accomplish by doing that,, maybe we can steer you in the right direction.)
I believe it is called ';penis vinegar';
Make sure the pH level of the vinegar is not too strong.
