Does vinegar in the wash remove perspiration and/or blood stains?

I have started to use vinegar in place of fabric softener in my wash cycle, and thought I had heard before that it will also remove perspiration stains. I was curious about this, as well as blood stains.Does vinegar in the wash remove perspiration and/or blood stains?
Put full-strength vinegar in a spray bottle and label it. Spray the underarms of the garments before washing. Blood stains require the use of hydrogen peroxide. Use the kitchen sink and rinse area with cold water. Pour hydrogen peroxide over it and let it bubble. Rinse in cold water and add some dishwashing liquid along with more hydrogen peroxide and then launder as usual.

Add your vinegar to the rinse cycle in place of fabric softener.
