Baking soda and vinegar in the wash or just vinegar to remove stains?

I need to know how much of each to put in for a regular load?!! Thanks!Baking soda and vinegar in the wash or just vinegar to remove stains?
Neither really by themselves or together will remove stains. Baking soda neutralizes the mineral content in the water and boosts the power of your detergent. If you make a paste of baking soda and water, scrub it into some stains, it will remove them. Vinegar sets the dye on garments, keeps the dye from bleeding and acts like a fabric softener in the rinse water. Depending on the size of your load, Arm %26amp; Hammer recommends 1/2 cup of baking soda per full load. And for a full load, add 1 cup of white vinegar to the rinse water.
