How much vinegar do I add to water to wash hardwood floors?

Dont want to add to much or to little...How much vinegar do I add to water to wash hardwood floors?
one cup white distilled vinegar for every gallon of water

I use Murphy's Oil Soap. Murphy Oil Soap is safe to use on all finished wood surfaces, such as wood floors finished with polyurethane. So cleaning hardwood floors with Murphy's is safe as long as the surface is finished. How much vinegar do I add to water to wash hardwood floors?
